Motivation :
The Summer Theater Workshop is an intensive, hands-on introduction to the world of theater, held over four days (July 1–4) from 3:00 to 7:00 PM each day.

Since we often receive more applications than we can accommodate, we use this personal statement to better understand your motivation and how you might fit into this year's workshop

In the space below, please write a short (300-word) statement explaining your motivation for joining the summer theater workshop at AUB. Where did your interest in theater begin? Have you attended or performed in any plays or workshops before?

Keep in mind that prior theater experience is not required.

Terms and Conditions

THE TERM OF YOUR CONTRACT IS FROM JULY 1 - 4, 2026 UNLESS IT IS TERMINATED EARLIER PURSUANT TO THE VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE CONTRACT TERMS LISTED BELOW.

A. You agree to comply with all of AUB’s safety regulations and protocols.

B. You agree to attend all sessions assigned in the program.

C. You certify that all correspondences with program organizers are official and documented via email.

D. You agree to treat your assigned colleagues and mentors with dignity and to adhere to the highest moral standards.

E. You pledge to provide proof of health insurance coverage (NSSF, medical insurance policy, etc...)

F. You acknowledge that AUB will not be held accountable for any medical expenses relating to injuries that might occur on campus.

G. You confirm that your parent(s)/guardian(s) will be ready to sign a consent form, which will be sent via email, containing all program details, terms, and conditions upon acceptance into the program.

H. I authorize that my image and/or statement and /or video be taken by AUB within the scope of the project “Summer Theater Workshop”.

Failure to submit the signed consent form and all other required documents (school grades and insurance) may affect your participation in the program
