THE TERM OF YOUR CONTRACT IS FROM JULY 6 TO 10 ,2026 UNLESS IT IS TERMINATED EARLIER PURSUANT TO THE VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE CONTRACT TERMS LISTED BELOW.
A. You agree to comply with all of AUB’s safety regulations and protocols.
B. You agree to attend all sessions assigned in the program.
C. You certify that all correspondences with program organizers are official and documented via email.
D. You agree to treat your assigned colleagues and mentors with dignity and to adhere to the highest moral standards.
E. You pledge to provide proof of health insurance coverage (NSSF, medical insurance policy, etc...)
F. You acknowledge that AUB will not be held accountable for any medical expenses relating to injuries that might occur on campus except staff dependents and enrolled in AUB HIP programs
G. You confirm that your parent(s)/guardian(s) will be ready to sign a consent form, which will be sent via email, containing all program details, terms, and conditions upon acceptance into the program.
H. In the event your application is accepted, you must submit a certificate signed and stamped by your school confirming your registration in Grade 10, Grade 11 and Grade 12 for the 2025–2026 academic year before the program begins. If the certificate indicates any other grade, your application will be automatically canceled without a refund.
I. Due to high demand and a long waiting list, applications or invoices not settled by the deadline will unfortunately be canceled.
J. You will receive the program’s daily schedule one week prior to the start date.
K. You hereby give your consent to the Economics Department at the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at the American University of Beirut to take photographs and to use those photographs on its social media platforms for promotional and marketing purposes.
Failure to submit the signed consent form and all other required documents (school grades and insurance) may affect your participation in the program
